Who we are
Edge Electrical Solutions started in 2010, powered by father-son duo, Chris and Greg Edge. Together, they harnessed over three decades of expertise, combining their experience to create a company that specialises in delivering telecoms and electrical installations.
Their goal was to ensure every project is on spec, on budget, on time, every time. Over a decade and a half later, that goal became a reality.
Today, Edge Electrical Solutions is driven by managing director, Greg Edge, and executive director, Matt Roscoe, along with a highly trained, close-knit team.
Edge is committed to staying at the forefront of industry best practice, ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional service and outstanding results for our clients.
The Edge Academy, which launched in 2026, helps ensure excellence throughout the business.
Greg Edge
Managing Director
Co-founder and driving force behind Edge Electrical Solutions since 2010, Greg is the managing director of Edge, taking responsibility for operations, technical processes, and strategic planning.
Matt Roscoe
Commercial Lead
The longest-serving executive, Matt keeps the day-to-day commercial element of Edge Electrical Solutions running seamlessly. Matt is responsible for commercial growth, developing key client relationships and identifying new opportunities. With a strong understanding of the industry, Matt works with the wider Edge team and clients to deliver solutions that support both value and long-term success.
Will Pintar
Operations Manager
Will has been managing operations around the globe for 25 years in the army. Will is focused on keeping people, projects and processes moving in the right direction. He oversees daily operations of the business, working closely with engineers and support teams to solve problems and improve efficiency. He plays a key role in maintaining Edge’s reputation for reliable, professional and high-quality service.
Ryan Clegg
Qualified Supervisor
Progressing through the business since joining as an apprentice, Ryan ensures all projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard. His technical background combined with his commitment to quality means he is well-equipped to support Edge’s engineers, ensuring all projects comply with regulations, specifications and client requirements.
Corrie Casswell
Operations assistant manager (Midlands)
As operations assistant manager for our Midlands depot, Corrie helps keep our UK operations running smoothly. Acting as the link between clients, office teams and engineers in the field, he supports day-to-day coordination and responds to changing client requirements. With a background in the Navy, he brings strong leadership, teamwork and organisational skills to his role.

CHRIS EDGE
17 June 1955 - 24 December 2020
Chris sadly passed away on 24 December 2020 after being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Today, Greg continues to lead Edge Electrical Solutions to deliver the excellent service that was always a source of pride to himself and his father.
